Gail Reid

Gail Sorronda was launched in 2005 after winning the Mercedes-Benz-Start-Up Awards with her debut collection. Most recently, the Weekend Australian Magazine has placed Gail in the top 100 emerging leaders in Australia, and one of ten in the category of innovation. Gail Reid 27, relocated to Paris where she developed her SS09/10 collection, inspired by the introduction into a foreign environment and its awkward embrace. ‘Invasive Exotics’ was presented at RAFW 2009 , with positive reviews highlight the fusion of Australian and European influences.
